Like Dann said, all you can do is take a
test or go to the doctor. There is no
other way to tell. You cannot tell from
symptoms. Feeling sick means nothing;
that's a symptom of at least a couple
dozen things. Not everyone even has
symptoms of early pregnancy. If you just
had sex two ago, your sick feeling is not
related to the sex. There is no way you
would get morning sickness that fast.
Also, you can't tell by your period since
some women do bleed during early
pregnancy.
This is stuff you should probably know
before you even start trying to get
pregnant. If you are already trying to
get pregnant without understanding how all
this stuff works, you have your work cut
out for you! You'll have a lot to learn
in possibly a short amount of time. Check
out this site

regnant.com/conception/index.html .
All of that stuff in the middle of the
page is clickable. Definitely read the
first one entitled "What Needs To Be Done
To Become Pregnant."
