Problems With Loestrin 24 Posted: 06-01-07 20:56pm
I have been taking Loestrin 24 since
November 2006. I had no problems until May
I missed my period and I took a couple of
pregnancy tests and they all came back
negative, I also had a blood test done
with the same results. Now I have missed
another period and I am beginning to get
concerned. Is it normal to miss two
periods back to back on this birth control
pill. I have never missed a period in my
life. I did have a little bit of spotting
on the day I was suppose to have a normal
period is this normal? Has any one else
had the same problem?

If the pregnancy tests were negative, you
have nothing to worry about. In lots of
people, birth control makes periods lessen
or even go away. If you are concerned
about it, call your doc and maybe they'll
switch you to something else.
