At times it looks like regular acne (will have a white head with other acne characteristics). Problem is it's been there for over a week. The location and the look of it really steers me away from believing it's a cold sore, but i have no idea.

It feels just like a regular zit (semi hard; you can feel something inside). Only it hasnt had a white head for probably 4-5 days. I tried popping it (stupid, i know) and got nothing but small drops of blood.

also- at times (like in the picture) it appears to be connected to my lip. other times it seems to be seperate.

I need this gone Crying

.it could be an ingrown hair. It does not look like oral herpes ("coldsore") but it could be a deep pimple as well. Try laying a hot wash cloth over it to bring it to the surface.

i get those sometimes, it's an ingrown hair (i'm pretty sure)
