I heard you shouldn't eat before you
shower. Is this true? If so why?

then you should not take a shower or bath
when it rains......never eat crackers in
bed......don't lie down after you brush
your teeth.............makes about as much
sense?

there is actually truth (albeit very
little) in the statement.
when you eat your body redirects it's
resources to the digestive system meaning
that there are not spare resources to
direct to the muscles and such like.
hence the truth of the statement is that
you shouldn't go swimming for at least an
hour after eating.
this is one question that is often spawned
of misunderstanding that you then
shouldn't enter any water after eating.
