upper part of tooth-- whoever had
experince with braces-- just tell me how u
feel when they put it on on ur tooth first

I wore braces (years ago, as well as my
bothers). The first hting the orthadontist
did was make a mold of my mouth/teeth.
This part will GAG you! You may have to
have spacers in between a few teeth to
separate it enough for the bands t obe
inserted. I wore mine for about a week
before getting the actual braces. You
teeth moving around makes your mouth kinda
sore, nothing you can't deal with. WHen
the bands are put on and clips for wiresto
be attached, its not painful, or at least
I don't remember it to be. Once the wires
are inserted and they are tightened every
month, as I stated shifting teeth is whats
the pain the you know what. Also, the
braces and wires can casue small mouth
ulcers when they rub against your mouth.
Wax usually helps this. As I said, its
been years, but my daughter wore them for
3 years also. Things pretty much was the
same for her as for having mine. Oh, they
do come in colors now......Hope i've
