im 13 and just started tryin 2 masturbate a couple days ago and i dont know wat im doin i dont know if im doin it right or how long i should
please help

There's really no wrong way to do it, as long as you're not causing injury to yourself.

Generally a man will just grasp his penis and stroke it. If he has enough foreskin to roll over the glans (the head of the penis) he can generally masturbate without lubrication. Otherwise, lubrication might be needed to avoid irritation, chaffing, etc. If it hurts, or is sore afterwards you're probably doing it too rough or need lubrication.

How long depends on you. Most people masturbate until they've reached orgasm. If you can't yet reach orgasm it's probably just because of your age or you need practice and to learn your body.

I agree with Healthy. There is no right or wrong way to do it. So just explore and see what you like. There's no rush. Different people like different things.

There's no "right" amount of time for it to last either. You can masturbate for one minute, or for one hour, or any other amount of time. It's all up to you. So is how often you do it. Some people do it five times a day, some do it once a day, some do it once a week.
