Is This High Risk of Hiv Exposure?
Posted: 06-04-07 01:31am

Recently, I went home with a woman I met at a bar just that night. One thing lead to another and we were both naked and I was fingering her. She had vaginal secretions and then got on top of me and started to grind against my penis, I could feel the wetness on my penis. This lasted for two to three minutes and then stopped. Penetration never occured and we never had intercourse but there was genital to genital contact. What is the likelihood that HIV or any other STD could have been transmiited.

I did not know this woman, nor anything about her sexual history. I know this was stupid and am now feeling a tremendous amount of anxiety and guilt. Please help.

Just like I told you last time you engaged in risky behavior and came here to ask what your risks were.....

Male to female transmission is 1.9 times more effective than female to male transmission.

HIV transmission in this case isn't certain, but is possible. Herpes, Genital Warts, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Hepatitis,.... and others are more than possible. If she had something, it is likely you got it.

Like we said last time - wear a condom before putting your penis anywhere near a woman's vagina! Try giving a crap about your health beforehand and not just afterwards!

I agree with Anne. HIV is a possibility, but it is not very likely. The only way to know for sure is to take a test in about six weeks.

There are a wide variety of other STDs that are also possible, as Anne mentioned. You'll have to talk to your doctor and have him or her run a variety of tests if you want to know if you have anything.
