you're insane if you think 4 pounds is "not that much". that's awesome!

just a heads up though, the first week is almost always a big loss. it's going to slow down. a healthy loss is no more than 2 pounds a week.

That's great!! It sounds like your doing something right Wink

How have you liked it so far? Is it fairly easy to follow?

yeah it is pretty easy to follow, it's just the fact that i have no self control lol

yesterday i had a bag of funions (there was nothing else) and then i had a beef jerkey stick and 4 crackers with summer sausage and cheese on it and cheese. i also had 2 7 ups. (these were at different times)

and for dinner i had stroganoff (dunno how to spell it and i didnt measure)
and scalloped potatoes. and then a few hours before bed i had some of those honey wheat things (8 of them bc they are 2 points) other than that i didnt measure at all... and i dont think i did that great lol but its still happening. but im not going to keep going like that.

thats why i said id ont think its very much, bc i worry that its just my body doing funny things, that since im not working hard for it that its just gonna come back... i dont know, but i hope not!

today for breakfast i had an english muffin with light cream cheese (5) 8 pretzel sticks (2) and a cup of strawberries (1) and now im getting ready to make me some soup which is 1 point per cup Smile

sorry im sure this is boring lol

I'm so glad I'm pregnant so I can just be fat and not worry about it. Laughing

I guess I'll be heading for weight watchers once the baby is here though. Sigh. Sad
