as far as getting pregnant, you wont.
but std's are always a possibility.
make sure you know and trust your partner.

.their are no side effects from swallowing ejaculate unless that person has an std in which case you can get it orally. .always make sure you are practicing safe sex! .oral or otherwise.

Thanks for the Reply. Can U tell me what does STD means? If semen(reproductive fluid of males) is completely eaten by any Partner then is there any possibility of pregnancy?

STD means sexually transmitted disease. You can use a condom during oral sex to protect you from STDs.

As the others said, there is not way you can get pregnant from swallowing semen. That would not even make sense unless you have a vagina where your mouth should be, which I doubt. Laughing

Side note: if you have no idea what STDs are and how pregnancy occurs, I would suggest not doing anything sexual until you learn more. Check out this site to help you get started: http://www.coolnurse .com/sex_faqs_index.htm
