Acid reflux is a condition in which the
liquid content of the stomach regurgitates
back up into the esophagus. The factors
that contribute to this are a lower
esophageal sphincter, hiatal hernias,
esophageal contractions and emptying the
stomach. Therefore, according to the data
you've given, it doesn't seem she's
currently experiencing a liver problem
again, but she might request a full
laboratory analysis,including testing the
amino-transferase levels that control of
the liver function.
