Always Tired .. I Never Have Any Energy Posted: 06-05-07 01:46am
I noticed when I was pregnant with my son
which was over two years ago I was always
tired which is normal being pregnant but
after I had my son my very low energy
level stayed pretty much the same.
Everyday I wake up it is the same I am
tired and it stays with me all day long I
have felt like this for more than 2 years.
I am so tired of being so tired and
fatigued anyone have any ideas what this
could be????? Please help

Are you sleeping well? Or for long enough
periods? Have you continued taking
vitamins since your pregnancy? Have you
been checked for anemia?

It could be sleep apnea. Have you went to
the hospital for testing? Went to see your
doctor? If not you should probably take
one (or both) of those steps.
