hey, i am 31 weeks along now and i am discovering new things about my body. Now i know that when you pregnant your cervial mucus increases and becomes thicker. But mine lately just changed to an egg white appearance to yellow. Now i am soory for the too much info lol but it doesn't smell, it doesn't burn when i pee, i have no cramps, no spotting and it doesn't look like a yeast infection..... so should i be worried about this? I see my Ob on june 11 but i don't know if i should get this checked out, or if i'm worrying over nothing. I also notice that when my cervical mucus is yellow my urine is darker too. Maybe i'm not drinking enough water? Or perhaps not going pee often enough at work. I don't think it's an infection but maybe you guys might have an idea whats going on:) thanks

urinary tract infection.... i have all of those symptoms when i get one... but you should still get checked out... if you feel any cramping it would be spreading to your kidneys, and if it does that it could seriously harm your baby.... Also, drinking allot of water will help you quickly get over it

If your urine is dark at any time that is a sign that you are close to dehydrated. It is so important not to get dehydrated during pregnancy, especially late in pregnancy. If you don't have a uti already, you're putting yourself at risk of getting one if you aren't drinking enough water. They say babies drink and pass about a litre of amniotic fluid per day and it's up to your kidneys to clean that fluid and your body to replenish it. That's more strain on your system and most people don't drink enough water even when they're not pregnant. Also, in the hotter months it's a bit more dangerous to be dehydrated because it can cause premature labour later in pregnancy. Get checked for a uti before it gets worse because they can be very painful and uncomfortable if they get bad. It's also dangerous if you leave it because it can spread to the kidneys.

When I went to the Dr. last week, I had the same yellow discharge. I had just gotten over a .u.t.i.

Come to find out, I had a slight bacterial infection and had to insert a cream into my vagina. He said he caught it in it's first stages, so no antibiotics would be needed.

I would say *def* talk to your Dr. about it, asap!
