haha, well I dunno if it will work for
you, but what i have been doing is making
thick fruit smoothies with frozen fruit
and vanilla soya milk. If you blend it
well but make it mostly fruit its like ice
cream....but much better. YOu can also put
it some yogurt or a banana.
Im 5weeks and feeling so emotional and
like I cant eat enough. I dont know why
that is because I didnt think we needed
those extra 300calories yet...until at
least 3mths or something...

Congrats! And I would have to say go and
have the ice cream just remember that
you need all the health things too. Being
pregnant is wonderful and you may as well
enjoy yourself and a cool bowl of ice
cream. As long as you do not over do it;
you and baby will do just fine:)

i'm eating fruit, cheese, meat all the
good stuff, just in the afternoon man I
REALLY want an icecream sandwich. it is
sad. I was not sure that cravings kicked
in already. The only beautiful thing is i
have not felt one wave of nausea. only a
little dizzy here and there.

Eat it!! J/K good luck with that.
Smoothies are wonderful. Also, try having
vanilla yogurt with fresh or frozen fruit!
Those are so good. Yum

Hi Ladies,
I am new here and I am 6 weeks pregnant
too
Been feeling very sick with waves of
nausea, loss of appetite, and I actually
throw up when I feel hungry but I just
cannot eat. Not so much of cravings though
but strong dislikes on smell of food,
especially spices. I am very tired and
feel very lazy, totally has no mood for
anything and felt so weak, probably due to
my bad appetite.
I love sweet things and have cravings for
ice-cream and yogurt these few days too...
All the best to all mothers and healthy 9
months!
