The topic of him going in a cup came up a
few weeks ago. (i beleive I was joking
about how I'm not the problem...lol...I'm
not delusional, I know its me.) And he was
like 'hell no!' then he asked if I
can help him, I said 'i would assume so'
(otherwise, it's not gonna happen)
Men...lol.
Heather-I finished on saturday. So now I'm
just waiting for af to start. I've been
having alot of pain in my abdomen. And it
feels remarkably like a cyst.
Which just has me going crazy! I know its
not possible, but i've also been having
ewcm for the last day or so. I hope its
just my body trying to start another
cycle. I'm honestly, just really confused.
Yea for cd60
It's funny because I was bleeding every 10
days or so when I went off birth control,
and I just hoped and prayed for a longer
cycle....I really should have thought that
through a little more...
How is your cycle going? Are you getting
addicted to temping yet?

That is hillarious... I guess when you ask
for things to happen you have to expect
and accept what you get... or you have to
be a little more specific when it comes to
asking for what you want.
My cycle is going ok this month. I didn't
have nearly the amount of stress at work
this cycle as I did last month. I o'ed on
cd13 which I think is pretty normal since
I usually have a 26 day cycle. The past
two months I have had a 12 day luteal
phase and I am on cd 21 so I can assume
that i will start af by this weekend.
Then I only have one more cycle to
practice before we can start for real. I
can't believe that this past months have
gone by so fast.
I am really starting to focus hard on
everything that I need to be
doing...cutting back on the caffiene, no
smoking, no drinking, and eating better
and exercising. I am on day 2 of no
cigarettes so that is going ok so far. I
started exercising regularly and I started
drinking my green tea in the morning
instead of coffee. I was doing good with
the green tea instead of coffee, but then
my dad visited and he loves coffee so he
got me back on the coffee kick. The green
tea is better for you...it's supposed to
be an anti-oxident or something.

I have definitely learned to be more
specific when I ask for things!
These past few months have really gone by
pretty fast. Before you know it you'll be
trying agian. With you seeing a good
pattern in your cycle, I bet it won't take
long at all for your bfp!
Congratulations on the smoking! That is
great!!
I've actually done pretty well with most
of my bad habits. But the caffeine is
proving difficult. But, I'm slowly getting
there. It's not so bad giving up soda (i'm
trying to lose weight anyways) but, giving
up my excedrine is very hard. I'll get
there...eventually. I also think I have
lost close to 5 pounds so I'm happy about
that.

Great job with the bad habits!!
I haven't had caffeine for so long that
it's not a struggle habit-wise. But,
every once in a while I really want
caffeine. I actually keep several flavors
of decaf hot tea at home and at the office
for those occassions.
I've also been doing pretty well with the
exercise and I'm starting to see it on the
scale. I definitely notice in how my
clothes fit.
The one I need to work on now is the
drinking. I was so good for so long, but
I think my frustration in getting pregnant
is making me feel like whats the point of
being the only one not drinking. The
problem is that even when there are a few
others not drinking, I still have a glass
of wine. I guess I'm just less motivated
to be good.
Thanks for the well wishes for my
vacation. I am bringing a few hpts just
in case but no opks. My temps don't vary
that much from month to month, so it won't
matter too much if I don't temp for the
first part of the next cycle.
Oh, and I hope the witch visits tonight,
Christy. Could those cramps be PMS?
Would the progesterone amplify cramps?

No such luck. On to cd 61. Sigh...
Yeah, progesterone has a horrible list of
side effects. I have experienced most of
them. And cramping can be a side effect, I
just hope it means I'll be starting soon.

Man... can someone please find Christy her
af... So she can start a new cycle
already????
I hope that those cramps are a sign that
she is on her way.
Shorty, Kicking the caffeine is going to
be hard for me, I just know it... The
drinking as well. I am good all through
the week, but man come Friday when I get
home from work... The wine just calls to
me from inside the fridge!!! How can you
say no after a stressfull week???
I also have noticed that my clothes are
looser. I haven't been very good about
exercising the past month or so...too much
going on! Although yesterday and today I
pulled out two pairs of pants that I
haven't worn in forever because I couldn't
fit into them. I tried them on just for
kicks and well...they fit. I don't know
how because I have been horrible with the
exercise and dieting. I also had a skirt
that I wore last week that was practically
falling off of me... So I don't know how,
but I must be losing weight. We don't
have a scale at the house (intentionally)
so I have to go by the way my clothes
feel!!!

Heather-How is the smoking going? your
probably losing weight because you've cut
back on soda and coffee and drinking. It's
insane how many empty calories we consume.
All the weight I have lost, I really think
came from the soda and beer (green apple
twist, full of calories) I quit drinking
(ok, cut back on). Because I really
haven't exercised at all.

I am now on day 4 of not smoking.
Yesterday I did have one hit of dh smoke
and then I felt really bad. One puff in 4
days is better than smoking all day.
