You rwote: "Current medical status: Liver Enzymes are high

Current medical treatment: ultrasound was ordered and addtional bloodwork"

In order to detect the underlaying cause of elevated liver enzymes, further testing is necessary... as you were recommended. Liver enzymes can be elevated for many reasons: as a side effect of medications (antibiotics,non-steroid antinflammatory drugs,anti-seizure drugs etc.), drinking alcohol, diabetes, infection-hepatitis, infective mononucleosis, elevated triglycerides, gallstones, tumors of the pancreas / liver / or bile ducts. You can consult an internal medicine specialist for further examinations.
