You might want to talk to your doctor
about using tylenole pm if the problem
persists.

i was using ambien before i got pregnant.
I suffered from insomnia for years. it
still takes me about an hour to fall
asleep, but once i get there i am out
until i have to use the bathroom ( twice a
night now).

My doc prescribed my .Ambian 10mg (not
controlled release), because .I wasn't
sleeping hardly at all at night and .I was
a zombie during the day. It helped some.
You have to stop taking it at 35 weeks
though.
Benedryl works pretty good and is the same
thing as tylenol Pm without the tylenol

yeah i tried the benedryl took 2 and about
45 min later i was asleep onthe couch DH
had to wake me to go to bed. I slept
really well, but i don't want to have to
do that every night.
