Bleeding from the nipples should be taken very seriously and medical examinations have to be done as soon as possible to exclude a malignant tumor. It is not typical for a malignant tumor to develop on both breasts at the same time. Nevertheless, malignancy has to be excluded first. Hormonal changes and infection can also cause fluid coming out from the nipples. You can consult your gynecologist and thoracic surgeon for a diagnosis, opinion, and advice.
