Some people lose weight easier than
others. If you are already a healthy
weight, don't worry about it. If you are
overweight, just keeping eating healthy
and going to the gym. Three weeks is not
a long time. You're not going to notice
immediate results.

There is a weight loss forum on this site
that might be more helpful.

Three weeks isn't very much time as
someone had previously stated. Most
people actually see a gain of a few pounds
in the first few weeks of a new exercise
routine. Don't give up, it just takes
time to get it going. I moved this thread
to the weight loss forum and hopefully you
will get some more responses and advice
there.
