Hymen Help.

can i break my hymen by just checking it using a mirror and spreading my labia? can this "spreading" break it?

It's possible. Most hymens are extremely delicate. Yours might even be broken by now. They usually tear around puberty from running, jumping, using tampons, or masturbation. There is usually little or no blood when it tears. Some hymens are more durable than others though. Hymens don't do anything, so you do not have to be afraid of breaking it.

I really wouldn't worry about that. Giving your vagina a look-see is actually a good thing because it gives you a chance to become familiar with yourself. I guess it's possible that your hymen could break just by opening your vaginal lips, but I actually kind of doubt it. If by chance it did break while you were doing that, you probably wouldn't feel it anyway, and would never notice the difference. No worries!
