I am 5'10 28yr old 200lb I would like to
lose some what I need help about going
about it the right way. I have been 145lb
at my lowest WT about 5yr ago and it was
not a healthy WT for my size I have an
athletic build anyhow i think a healthy WT
for me is 165-170lb if anyone can help me
out it would be great i hate running and
i know i eat too many breads sweets and
red meat any help would be great thanks
