I'm not sure wheater should I post the question here or should I post it at the neuro site but this is it, I am 33 yrs old recently I've been having difficulties in remembering things such as who is that person or where have I've seen those thing. It is quite depression and I tend to get angry Mad at myself, on top of that I seems to be hating Twisted Evil people who to me seems to be insulting me or look down on me. I'm easily get annoyed at little thing, can anyone tell me how can I solve this problem, thanks.

Thank you for your reply, maybe you're right I might be under A LOT of stress lately. These few days my sleep pattern changed I sleep around 4-5am and get up about 12-1pm. Please tell me if you have any technique that might lessen the problems that I have. Thank you once again.
