Q: Tingly Feeling in my hands ...

In my hands.
I wake up every morning with a terrible pain in my shoulder and the rest of my arm is numb and tingly, but it hurt's, it's not liek when it falls asleep.
At first I thought maybe I was just sleeping funny, but even when I sleep on my left side I still wake up with the same pain in my right arm.
As I'm typing now my hand is starting to tingle and ache.
It's getting pretty frustrating..
Could it possibly have something to do with pregnancy?
Any ideas?

sounds like carpal tunnel. it's very common in pregnancy and should fix itself shortly after you give birth (which is so soon!). it has something to do with swelling and pinching nerves... or something...

the only thing my doctor told me to do was wear wrist braces but i thought that would be even more annoying so i just lived with the tingling.

Ohhh Ok thanks !
Yea I can't see myself doing well in a wrist brace, that'd probably irritate the hell outta me.
Not much longer at all, I'll just have to suck it up!

Yeah, carpal tunnel. I've had it in both hands since the 4th month. I can't even make a fist with my right hand anymore. 6 weeks left. Sad

Oh Hun that's brutal!
I've been getting the tingle's for quite some time... but now the pain is starting to really bother me.
At least it goes away! (hopefully)
Only 6 weeks!? I could've sworn you had longer...
Time goes by so fast these days!

It could also just be a pinched nerve. I have one in my neck that acts up and I wake up all tingly and numb. I also have Carpal Tunnel too.. so lord knows. Gotta love all the things that happen when pregnant. I cannot wait till I give birth!!!!
