Is This Messed Up Or What?! Please Help (legal, Std Issues?) Posted: 02-28-04 22:40pm
Here are my current symptoms:
open leisons that seem to respond to
neosporin
small under the skin hard bumps
pain in my entire genital region-
especially my rectum- all the time
general fever and chills
mucosy and small amt of blood in bowel
movements which are painful
normal (but lots) of vaginal discharge
has gotten worse in the past 2 days
i have a pre existing latex allergy and
sensitive skin
this is what happened preceding these
symptoms (this is the messed up part):
went to memphis to see an old lover and
thought we were experimenting with bondage
etc so I let myself get tied up and
blindfolded... The next thing-- I felt a
pointy object up my ass! It was an
enema!
I was pissed but it was too late.
He barged in the bathroom and tried to
screw me while I was shitting
it sounds surreal- I told him to stop and
he did.
I think I probably have some fecal germs
in my vaginal area and that the latex on
the bag could have torn me up some since
id just accidentally overdosed on
laxatives a few days before (took a full
dose which was more than I needed) and am
allergic to latex.
My second problem:
i have no health insurance and no money to
pay for a doctor. I just graduated
college and haven't found a "real" job yet
other than my college one.
My third issue:
this guy is really rich and owns a large
company. He has not returned my calls all
week nor my emails. He never once even
hinted to me that he was into the whole
caca/enema fantasy. I understand that
that "fetish" is different than regular
s&m/bdsm play.
I think that he is under a moral
obgligation to pay for my medical expenses
(it was not as if we both agreed to do the
anal to vaginal stuff).
I would like to hope that this is also a
legal issue -- is it?
I am confused, hurting, humiliated, and
very very angry. Not to mention extremely
stressed out about this. I feel dirty and
just awful in all ways right now.
Thanks

It would be extremely hard and not worth
it to try to take legal action. I mean
you let him tie you up, so whatever he did
after that you pretty much gave prior
permission. Not necessarily, but that is
how a court will look at it. I would
just tell him that when he did that to you
he caused health problems and you would
like him to pay for it. He sounds like a
real psycho to me, so I dunno what his
answer will be, but it is worth a try I
guess. I personally would never want to
talk to him again or to ask him for
anything, but that is just me. In the
future, I would be careful who you get
involved with and do not let someone tie
you up unless you can trust them!
