i don't know what i am doing wrong but i
can not have an orgasm for nothing!!! and
i really want one really bad..i have been
seeing this guy for a couple of months and
i just can't get one..is there any tips u

A lot of women don't have orgasms, so you
don't sound abnormal so far. All you can
do is guide him. Let him know what works
for you and what does not. If you don't
masturbate, you could try it so that you
can find out what you like.
Keep in mind that if you try to force it,
you might have a harder time getting it.
Try focusing on just feeling rather good
rather than trying for the orgasm. It's
more likely to come when you're relaxed
and not trying too hard.
More women orgasm during oral sex than any
other way. Also, most women orgasm from
clitoral stimulation rather than vaginal
stimulation alone.

If you're not in the mood, then yes, it
will probably be a lot harder to orgasm.
If you don't orgasm right away from
masturbation, that's ok. A lot of women
don't orgasm from it right away. They
often have to explore and experiment
before they find out exactly where and how
they like to be stimulated. If you're not
fully comfortable with the idea of
touching yourself directly, you can use
the rubbing technique. That way, you can
even keep your undies on.

Not really, although I did have an
interest in going into sex therapy. I
actually got a degree in Criminal Justice
before deciding I might like to be a sex
therapist. So then I went on to get a
degree in Psychology (There was no sex
therapy degree.  ) and
work in education for a little while
before becoming a homemaker. Oh
well.

It might take a little time. You can use
the vibrator or your hands to learn about
your body and how and where you like to be
stimulated. Then you'll have to take what
you learn and try to apply it to sex. So
you might have to guide him, tell him to
slow down, hurry up, be gentle, etc. as
you see fit.
It's possible that you won't have one with
him. Some women never have one during
sex. All you can do is try it out and
see. If you figure out how to give
yourself an orgasm with the vibrator, but
still can't have an orgasm during sex, you
could always teach your partner how to use
the vibrator on you or try oral sex.

Yes, you're right. Sort of.
There are two rumored kinds of orgasm:
CLitoral exists for sure, and a vaginal
one may or may not. When most girls have
sex, they "think" they're supposed to
orgasm just from the penis going in and
out, but that just isn't the case. I'd say
90% of women who orgasm do so through
clitoral stimulation alone.
Now, it's perfectly fine - and I suggest
you do - to stimulate the clitoris during
sex. I think you're the one who'd never
masturbated before? Definitely do so! If
you don't know how your body works and
what makes you feel good, how in the world
are you going to help your guy get it
right?

Right. All you can do is try and see, but
it's never a guarantee. Some women never
orgasm, some do every day and in a variety
of ways. Others orgasm during
masturbation, but not sex. Others orgasm
during oral sex, but not vaginal sex.
Those are just examples. So you never
know for sure. The more you know about
your body and are willing to communicate
with your partner, the better your chances
are though.

You don't have to, but it does often help.
It's usually easier to guide your partner
if you have an idea of what you like.

Right. Females can have clitoral orgasms
from masturbation, oral sex, or vaginal
sex. While vaginal stimulation might feel
nice, it's the clitoral stimulation that
usually brings the woman to orgasm.
Sometimes a woman will use her hands to
stimulate her clitoris during vaginal sex.
I find that if my partner or I am on top
(as opposed to having sex from behind or
anything like that), it is easy for us to
do a sort of rubbing motion as opposed to
just an in and out motion. That makes the
area just above his penis stimulate my
clitoris. So I have clitoral orgasms
during sex without using my hands or
anything else.

Vaginal orgasms are a theory, not a fact.
They have not been very well studied, but
so far researchers have not been able to
prove that all women are capable of having
them. Some researchers theorize that some
women think they are having a vaginal
orgasm, when they are actually having a
clitoral orgasm. They have an orgasm
during vaginal sex in the way that I
described, and assume it was a vaginal
orgasm, when in reality the clitoris was
being stimulated. We still need more
research before we can say anything for
sure though.
