Waking Up During Rem Many Times ? Posted: 06-11-07 20:56pm


I had my sleep test last night and today. I won't have my results for another couple of weeks, but I wanted to ask about something... The technician that was there overnight said that I woke up from REM many time throughout the night. She also said I had more REM and Delta sleep than is normal. I already knew that I woke up a lot during dreams, but I didn't know if it was still happening because I don't often remember doing it anymore (I used to remember waking up like 10 times a night). It's interesting to know that I still do. Also, my boyfriend (and my ex husband) said that I stir and talk quite a bit in my sleep. What is this indicative of?
