Small pink dots on the penis : Penile Skin Problem or STD ? Posted: 06-12-07 03:08am
I have 2 small pinkish white head looking
dots on my penis. They are about an inch
and 1/2 apart. The look like a bump about
the size of 1/4 a penis around. Pinkish
(skin color). They do not itch or cause me
any problems. They also don't seem to
spread with masturbation. I have even
accendentaly touched my anus/mouth after
play with myself and still no spreading. I
have had them for about 2 years and I even
picked one off at one time.
When I picked it off I can't remember if
it grew back or went away. I know it did
not pop.. the skin itself was riped off to
leave just a small hole (like I cut off a
pimped while shaving).
I also have one darkish growth on the
start of my shaft near the pubes. It is
not a perfect circle like the other 2.
This one is oddly shaped and bigger. Come
to think about it.. this might of been the
one I picked off (not sure)..
I have looked at pictures of stds and non
seem to look like what I have.. Its only
on the shaft.. not the head.. and no
redness at all

The bumps of the penis as you described
"small pinkish looking dots on the penis"
might be pearly penile papules. Papules
are not signs of a sexually transmitted
infection and usually don't need
treatment. You may consult a dermatologist
for an examination, advice, and further
diagnostics.
