I have like nothing to do, well dishes but that takes all of 10 minutes, lately i clean up behind joseph and after we eat, i used to do all my cleaning in the afternoon while they nap but now i dont so i have nothing to do, laundrys all done and put away and i dont have enough for another load just yet, i seriously need to find stuff to do, i think when jasons gone i will go insane with boredom. I dont know what to do to make the days go faster, im gonna try the potty training thing with joseph again while he is gone since he will be 2 then. kinda backtracked on that so havent been trying really lately. jordynne will be more mobile when he leaves too. But ah i dont know what to do to keep busy and stuff. Dont wana be driving all kinds of places either, with the gas prices this high and not really much money besides leaving the house to grocery shop and pay bills.

I wish I didn't have much to do!! lmao!!

ALthough we're in the new house, we've still got boxes *full* of things. Because right after we moved in, we discovered a leak behind the kitchen sink. SO the plumbers proceeded to bach a *huge* hole in our wall.

Our landlord *still* hasn't fixed it, so I refuse to un pack. I don't want to get everything settled, just to have to move it alll out of the way so they can saw, and do sheetrock, and paint.

sucks.

Are .jordynne's eyes changing colors at all??

that sucks , hopefully they come fix it soon that would make me mad.
Her eyes right now look likea light brown mixed with dark hazel or grey, theyre still a funky undistinguishable color, so i dunno they could still change i dunno, joseph had dark brown eyes since he was born so his never changed at all. So we just gotta wait and see, i dont even know what they put on her passport cuz i told em i wasnt sure they were like a dark green/grey or dark hazel or something then and thats what i told the lady so gotta see wich one she put lol.

yea, I'm pretty pissed about the whole situation.

Then, to top it alll off. The water meter in the front of the house, is leaking *again*!!!!!!!! Grrrrr!! So, the street in front of our house is drenched!!!

New .orleans is sooo slow. they prob won't be able to come out to fix it for 2/3 weeks!!! Whatever, cuz the water isn't in our name yet. That's the landlords problem.

So, the realty place called me yesterday saying we were late for our rent and I *went* off!
We gave them $1900 on .april 4, which inculded 1st months rent, security deposit, and pet deposit.

So may rolled around, and we *still* weren't moved in. Now, it's june, and we're still not settled. The landlord doesn't update his secrataries, so they're just doing their job by calling us.

So I told her "you really need to speak with .john about this. We're not even moved in. We still have a 3ft by 3ft hole in our wall from over a month ago, and our water meter is busted and leaking water everwhere. So speak with him. have a nice day."

I'm not going to pay them anything. When we live in the house, for one month, undisrupted, we will inform them that they *have* the 1st month's rent.

This is the *worst* experience I've had with renting in my *life*!!!! Hopefully we can find a house, and get it!! I don't want to rent anymore. Especially with this new baby!!

If it were me id refuse to pay rent until everything was fixed, reminds me of my parents apartment, the dishwasher didnt work for the first 3 yrs we moved there, every summer the a.c never worked it always went out they fixed it numerous times. upstairs people moved out and water was left running and came through our ceiling, they fixed it upstairs but never fixed our ceiling. toilet leaked took them months to come out, i accidently broke a window, when i was 6 mths pregnant, they came out to fix it when joseph was 2 weeks old. my parents still pay there rent and on time. something i wouldnt do, when u moved in all that stuff should be fixed, and considering u havent even lived inthe house really, i would say i dont owe anything when i wasnt living in it an di wont pay till my stuff is fixed either.
