“people who want to push themselves, to discover what they’re capable of physically and mentally, will probably discover that it’s easier than they think... It certainly isn’t impossible.”

one, just one, positive thought can change your attitude, tell your body how to react, can lead you to that one tiny action that can change the course of your life and world around you; can you help you fulfill not only your dreams but your destiny. Just one thought!

You need to take this into your heart when I say to you that in the beginning, middle, and in the end it’s what you say to yourself from deep within that truly matters. Do you even realize how strong that is? If you don’t love yourself, how can you expect others to care about you? If you don’t believe in yourself, how can you gain the trust and respect of others? How can you get through every day of the rest of the life? Again, you are a person of worth. A person of substance. You have unique abilities and qualities that no one else can match. And, like everybody else, you survived all that you have up to this point because of a little voice, that one thought inside your head. So, think different. Think different, act different, live different. Live better. If what your doing isn’t working, then do something different.

Everything around you- from the water in your home, to the paper that you write on, the music from your cdplayer, to the medicine you take-owes its existense to someone taking a no and turning it into a yes. It didn’t happen right away, but the smallest amouth of optimism can make the world of difference. And if not a difference in the world as a whole, then in you as a person..

Just trying to bring some inspiration!!

Think, strive, live better!!

Was dave pelzer not the man that got abused horrifically as a child and wrote those two books on it? Or am I totally off? Because if it is those books were really eye opening
