Colon Cancer In a 19 Year Old Male Posted: 06-12-07 11:29am
Hey, I am 19 years old and I was wondering
how likely it is for someone in my
situation to have colon cancer. I have a
great grandparent on my mother and fathers
side who have had colon cancer. I have for
the past 4 or 5 months have been noticing
blood in my stool. At first I ignored it
mostly because I found it embarrasing to
talk to anyone about. Recently I have
noticed the bleeding to be heavier. I've
also felt extreamly tired for the past
couple months, sleeping over 14 hours a
day sometimes. I have constant stomach
pains and find myself feeling like I have
to go to the bathroom almost constantly.
Only that when I try to go I find myself
constapated. Can someone please offer me
some advice and information?

Don't be embarrased and don't be afraid to
go see your doctor. That would be number
one. Don't wait but do it now!
If everything checks out I would then
recommend you see a naturopath to help get
your system working correctly and energy
levels up. You could be deficient in
vitamins but seek help.
I would also suggest you consider doing an
internal cleansing program like DrNatura's
"colonix" it helped me with constipation
and hemorrhoids.
But first and foremost go see your doctor
and get checked out completely. Let us
know what how you are doing and what the
results from the doctor is.

Goldiestar you are so right on. I am one
who waited to see the doctor because I was
embarassed to be examined. So now I am a
StageIV Colon cancer patient having had
two surgeries to remove the tumor in my
colon, and then the recurrance later in my
liver. I also on a second round of
chemotherapy. The first round left me
with neuropathy (my hand and feet feel
like I'm rubbing sandpaper on them.
If it takes my story to wake folks up then
it is worth it.
jgdavis1987 - You are young with your
whole life a head of you. Please go to
your doctor and get colon cancer ruled
out.
Like Goldiestar asked please let us know
what happens.
