Pinpoint Headaches Causes

i am very very worried about a pinpoint pain in the right centre of head. It often occurs with consumption of aspartame but sometimes on its own.I am worried it is sinister e.g tumour or aneurysm ,does anyone know about very specific points of pain?

please answer,i am Really woried

I am not quite sure. Have you brought this concern to your doctors attention?

i have the exact same thing right now, which is why i am on the site. I do drink several Diet mt.dews a day.
