a Skin Question For Sarah! Posted: 06-12-07 15:12pm
I really don't want to post this in the
skin disorders or acne section, so .I'm
posting it here.
Sarah darling, what is the best way to get
rid of blackheads? I've tried so many
things, and nothing seems to really get
rid of them. Do you know any tricks?

I know you asked Sarah, but I'm a beauty
junkie and couldn't resist! Using an
exfoliator might help, along with creams
and scrubs designed to help get rid of
blackheads (I know Clean and Clear makes
one). Webmd says to one of the most common
over-the-counter topical medicines used
for blackheads is .Resorcinol. The only
other option I can think of is
professional extraction.

yeah defintately use something witha
moisturizer in it, otherwise the others
dry out your skin making it produce more
oil wich is prob my problem right now, my
face is broken out and ick black heads but
i havent got anything for blackheads at
the moment darn me i was at the store
earlier too. i use the st ives apricot
scrub and aveeno face cleaner its like a
foam for acne and blackheads. i dont think
they work so iwouldnt use them. the nose
strips she was talking about i think would
work alot better if they have them where u
are. havent seen them here. ah there are
soooooooo many products out there
