A delayed or missed period is one of the most common pregnancy symptoms leading a woman to test for pregnancy. It is possible that a woman becomes pregnant even during the menstrual cycle immediately after a miscarriage. You can take a home pregnancy test or consult your gynecologist to confirm or deny the presence of another pregnancy.
