Impotency and premature ejaculation are
the most common sexual dysfunctions
experienced by men. Premature ejaculation
is a functional disorder that does not
manifest any types of organic lesion of
the genitals. It is believed that
premature ejaculation is due to anxiety.
For young men with little sexual
experience, premature ejaculation is often
a condition that is overcome with time and
experience.
Impotency can be either organic in nature
or caused by a functional disorder. As a
functional disorder, impotency is often
due to anxiety. Impotency caused by
anxiety occurs more often in young men
with little sexual experience. The organic
reasons for impotency include blood vessel
or nerve disorders. Enlarged testicular
veins, or "varicocela", can cause
sterility... but not impotency. You can
consult a urologist for expert opinion and
advice.
