The keys are lubrication (store bought
like ky jelly) and relaxation. Your
girlfriend needs to want to do this. If
she doesn't want anal, you're not getting
in there! The sphincter is an extremely
strong muscle. If she's willing, loosen
her with one finger, then two, then three.
That should be wide enough for your penis.
Again, your girl is going to have to want

I agree with Eiri, anal sex is something
that has to be wanted by both partners. It
takes lots of lube and time to be
successful at it. As a start for me I
found that the missionary position was
best for me. Loosen her up with your
fingers, make sure that u lube them. Just
remember to use lube and take your time
and it can be done, oh and its not
something that can be done in one day you
have to keep trying it to loosen her up
more if you want her to get comfortable
with it.
