It seems to be going around!

I suggest that you call your doctor and see what they suggest. Claritin (i believe) is acceptable during pregnancy.

Does anyone know if tylenol makes a 'sinus headache' or anything along those lines?

Im not preggo yet but We are trying and I have bad allergies. My OBGYN said I could take tylenol and claritin aslong as it doesn't have the D in it. I work for a ENT dr and this is what we tell preg moms to do along with saline rinses ( you can buy simple saline or other brands and rinse your sinuses several times aday) Hope this helps.

PS I would still check with your dr b/c some my have different ideas

I have had nasal stuffiness my entire pregnancy. It is from an over production of Hormones and there isnt much that can be done about it. I have been getting bad headaches alot and mine is due to my blood pressure being up. You may want to have your bp checked and see if that is the culprit. Good Luck.
