It keeps going to a bad page whenever I try to upload my daughter's photo. Anyone have this?

i havent uploaded one in forever, u have to make sure its 100 x 100 pixels. although i think they changed it to 200x200. but with 100 x 100 im posotive it should work if its in the write format i think jpeg and a couple others it allows.
