okay, so i started weight watchers and did
it for about a week lol lost about 6
pounds. Then i went to nebraska and had
taco bell twice and chinese food and
haven't been back on my diet since then.
i'm thinking about starting it back up
again because it made me feel really proud
and good about myself, but i'm going to
maine in a week and 4 days (omg!!!) and i
don't want to mess it up there. I
know that I don't have the self
control to say "no terra, don't have this"
i know we're going to be going out to eat
up there to olive garden and dimillos
(<3) and I don't want to start my diet
up again just to mess it up and gain the
weight back! i don't know what to do lol
i could go for healthy food when im up
there, but im not sure how healthy olive
garden is or any other place for that
matter. i just know i don't have very good
self control.

i would get back on right now and stay on
track until vacation, take vacation off,
and get right back on when you get home.
it's doable to stay on track on vacation,
but that's not very fun! just try not to
go nuts on vacation and you should be
fine. i take breaks all the time (while ww
is very easy, i still need to take breaks
every now and again) and i never gain.

i was on weight watchers before and most
likely will be again after baby gets here.
don't you get bonus points? so you can
eat extra if you want to but still stay on
the program? i guess it just depends what
you want more; the freedom to pig out on
vacation or to stay on the program lol. i
think i would do my best to stay on track
but forgive myself if i went over a little
here and there while on vacation. that
way you have a little less work when you
get back. there should be healthy choices
on any menu if you know what to look for.
there are even some restaurants, like
applebees, that have weight watchers
points on the menus.

I think many restaurants are Weight
Watcher friendly now and they have the
number of points thier meals are. I know
.Applebees is anyways. I am not a good
one to give dieting advice, as .I have
zero self control, but if .I did .I guess
.I would say, do your best and try to
stick with it while you are on vacation,
but if you slip up don't beat yourself up
over it.
Have fun while you are here!

I would just try to stay as on track as
possible... try to eat a lot of salad and
get things with red sauces rather then
things like fettachini (or how ever you
spell it) and eat healthy for the rest of
the day.. one bad meal every few days isnt
going to make a huge difference you
know..this sounds bad but when i know im
going to eat out (well prepregnancy) i
just would eat only veggies that day and
drink loads of water and nothing else
before we went out.. and id be real
careful all the days around it and i never
gained weight.. i also just make myself
get into the mentality of its not worth
it.. feeling think taste way better then a
meal that will take me 10 minutes to eat..
eh when i get determined i get determined
though lol..
a couple days isnt going to kill you.. i
think the hardest part is just getting
back on track when you get home, as long
as you do that then youll be fine

I would give yourself a break over
vacation! Its definately deserved and as
long as you are on track the rest of the
time why not.
As far as eating out..I do know that you
can ask Olive Garden for wheat noodles and
they also have nutrition guides if you ask
them so you can make a good pick!!
