What Do I Do Now? Please Help!

I had unprotected sex quite a few times
last month and now i'm 1 and a half weeks
late in coming on, however I have recently
stopped taking the pill (about a month
ago, before I had unprotected sex) so I
was told my periods might be out of time.
I've done two pregnancy tests and both
have come up negative. But i've started
feeling sick in the morning and am always
tired. But how do I find out if i'm
pregnant? Is there anything that could
affect the tests making them negative when
they should be positive?

Do the test 1st thing in morning to get
most accurate result. If still negative
wait a week or so try one more test and if
stil nothing go to docs.

Hello,
I agree with the post up above. Im in
the same exact situation, however im not a
week late.. Just a couple day late.
However I think you should go to the
clinic and find out from an accurate blood
test and etcs

Try it first thing in the morning and if
it comes back negetive and you still dont
get your period go for a blood test.
warning, getting pregnant the first month
after stopping the pill increases your
chance of having twins. I did!

I agree with jill u should test first
thing in the morning and if that result
proves unsatisfactory I would go to docs
for a blood test. R u trying to get
pregnant.
Jill is that a proven fact about twins or
just wot happened to u
from someone who cant wait to have a
jellybean all of their own
p.S. Sweetcheeki after all that advice
did u try and get pregnant anyway

I'm now two weeks late and have done
another test first thing in the morning
which also came back negative.  i've got a docs
appointment but not for another week. So
am going to try another test before then.
Could there be any reason for all the
negatives?

Why is everybody saying take the test
first thing in the morning? I did that
and it showed up negative, the same day
around noon I took a test and it was
posative. I am now 37 wks and waiting
|

I think you shoudl wait a little bit
longer and then try cos the closer you do
them together then the more likely they
are going to stay negative. It is nice to
see another one from england on here.

Am I the Only One Who Feels Like This?

I wasn't ttc but there was a good chance
that I was pregnant. I also wasn't sure
if I wanted a baby right now but if I had
have been I would have been overjoyed and
obviously kept it. But my period started
last night and I feel so upset. I had a
miscarriage in dec and I feel almost as
bad as I did then. But then I keep
telling myself that I wasn't pregnant in
the first place so i'm not entitled to
those feelings but I just can't help it.
I just keep thinking about how amazing it
would have been to have a baby of my own.
And to make it worse I have to live with
my cousin who's 6 months gone, so there's
always a constant reminder. Am I being
stupid and unreasonable?

are not being stupid and you are entitled
to feel that way. I had 2 miscarriages
and then every month I got my period I
cried and I was a week late and I thought
I was pregnant and then I got my period.
It was such a horrible blow for me. I'm
sorry your feeling crappy.
