Any Leeway On Time Pill Is Taken Each Day?
Posted: 06-19-07 19:00pm

I take mine (Levora, started almost 2 weeks ago) at 8pm. But sometimes I take it as late as 10:30. My doctor said within a couple hours is ok. Is there really leeway on when I take it? Am I reducing its effectiveness?

Also how long should I wait to be sure its birth control purposes are working? This is my first time on BCP.

Most pills have a 6-12 hour lee-way period. If you are on a very low dose, that time period is smaller. Two hours or so is no big deal on any pill, though. I wouldn't worry.
