Ankle joint pain after running Posted: 06-20-07 11:59am
i have been training for police academy
and am required to run alot. i've been
running with good shoes (new balance,
custom fit) on regular pavement. i notice
my ankles will hurt very badly the next
day to the point i cannot run and it is
even very sore to walk.
i've been running for approximately 1
month now (at least everyother day), and i
make sure to stretch before and after.
any info you can give me would be much
appreciated.

an orthopedic feet disorder. First you can
try new shoes and reduce the physical
efforts. If doesn’t help you can consult
an orthopedist for an examination and
expert opinion.
