I am officially a .Weight .Watchers member. My daily points allowance is 21, with a weekly of 35. Recipes, anyone? I am going to need inspiration!

here's a thread from when terra started- http://ehealthfor um.com/health/topic94671.html also check the recipe sticky in the baby talk section, i edited all mine to include the points. i know there's another thread somewhere, i'm going to try to find it... edit: here it is! http://ehealthfor um.com/health/topic94795.html also, if you're going to eat out you can check the restaurant's website, they'll usually have nutritional info on there and you can figure out the points. www.dwlz.com (please do not remove this link, it's an informational website) has hundreds of restaurants listed with the points for a lot of their meals (it's not entirely accurate, but it's close) and they also have a huge database of foods and their points. have fun!

omg maury povich what a dumb show!! lol "she's testing the 23rd guy to see if he is the father of her child". like, come on!! they might as well be just pulling guys off the street randomly argh!! daytime tv! if anyone ever asks you to be on a talkshow so they can reveal a secret. here's a tip. d.o.n.t .g.o it's bad news!!!
