Testicular Discomfort During Erections And After Exercise Posted: 06-21-07 03:50am
Over the last year, i have been
expriencing discomfort in my right
testicle particularly during and after
masturbation as well as after exercise or
long periods of standing. The main
symptoms have been hardening of the
testicle as well as slight swelling. About
6 months ago I saw a doctor and received
an ultrasound on two occasions. Both times
nothing was found...wondering how comon
this might be?

How old are you? Any medical history for
that area? I am 35 and have had a
vasectomy and I still get an ache in the
left side. Also, Kidney stones cause them
to ache as well. I would say get an IVP
(ask your Dr. what it is) to rule out
kidney/bladder stones. Other than that- No
ideas.

I don't see how a kidney stone could
effect how your testicles feel, but it may
be possible. This is likely some sort of
straining from the muscle the tube is
passing through. I have this happen after
I do deadlifts.

I have had kidney stones twice (one on
each side) and both times the testicle on
the side that had the stone ached for a
day or two prior to the stone actually
passing down the tube to the bladder. It
was a consistent dull ache. Just wanted to
throw that out there in case.

Well, there you go then! Could be a
definite possibility, I never had one so I
didn't know for sure, but I suppose that
right before it passes that would probably
effect everything around it.
