After a very stressful (emotionally +
professionally) 3 months - I started
feeling run down and my skin and hair are
also in not so great condition.
Nearly a week ago I started on a multi
vitamin and [removed].
Each morning I have had a Nauseus feeling
some cramps (cramps could be work-stress
related).
I was just wondering if the vitamins could
be taken at night before bed so I can
sleep through the side effects until my
body is used to them?

I currently take all of my vitamins before
going to sleep at night. It is much easier
for me to stay on schedule that way. I
have had no negative side effects from
taking the vitamins at night, so it may be
worth a try for you as well.
