Sooo I went to the doctor's yesterday.
Turns out my doctor is a complete tool.
He has a very busy practise and is usually
rushed.
I'm a very easy patient, and tend to be
kind of a pushover when it comes to
doctors.
i'm usually waiting for 3 hours and then
see him for 5 min then Im gone again, and
as long as Im doing okay and he tells me
the babe is fine, I'm happy.
But yesterday I went in told him about
what happened
he said "no your water didnt break, go get
some canesten for the dischrage, dischrage
is normal during pregnancy"
Ok I was fine , I understood your waters
dont stop and go , but I tried to explain
to him that I KNOW the discharge isn't the
normal kind you get during pregnancy , and
that I think there is something funny
going on down there
He COMPLETELY ignored me, just said "yea
well , use canesten"
I was so frustrated... my cousin who took
me also was, I just had a feeling
something wasn't right and went to the
hospital, I wanted a second opinion.
well technically a fist opinion , because
the bugger didnt even take a peep to se
what was going on.
Turns out I have pretty bad BV and a lot
of yeast , which probably caused so much
discharge , making me so wet thus making
me think maybe my waters broke.
(My doctor tried to tell me it was
urine... I understand that happens, but
the baby doesnt even put pressure on my
bladder, I barely ever have to go pee.. so
I knew I didnt just all of a sudden lose
freakin control! )
They have me on a string of antibiotics
and said everything will be fine, It just
wouldve been much better if I got it
looked at sooner.
So Sorry ladies no baby yet ... I don't
think I'm even close to labor yet!
So here's hoping for MIKA!!!!
edited to add : Eww you guys are probably
all so grossed out by me
They say it's nothing I did it's
completely normal during pregnancy ...
sorry for the TMI guys!

lol I wish I could.
Now I'm a stress case because I don't feel
confidant in him at all, I don't think I
want someone who I have no faith in
delivering my baby.
At my hospital though babies arent
delivered by their doctors all the time,
it's whoever is on call that day.
All the other doctor's I have encountered
at the hospital seem so thorough and
kind,
He's just so busy and short all the time.
So how are you feeling Danni?
How was your nephews b-day?

i've had possibly the worst day ever. Dom
kept doing little things that annoyed me,
like seriously pathetic things like
tapping and looking through my phone etc
but they bugged me, my mascara ran out, i
dropped my new eyeshadow on the floor so
it split everywhere, the conditioner i
used on my hair has made the roots soft
the ends dry and my hair go poofy, my dad
forgot to top up my phone, it was really
hot so i was sweaty walking to the town
and i'm *still* pregnant

Oh i forgot to say about my nephew's
birthday He
had an amazing day he was just so excited
about everything. he said the cutest thing
to me though, he turned around and said
'Auntie Danni, didn't baby want to come to
Daniel's birthday party?' and when i
explained to him that she was there but
still in my tummy he lifted up my top
patted my belly and said 'You ok in there
little baby? Daniel loves you' and then
gave my belly a kiss and just as he
finished kissing my belly she kicked right
where his lips were

ahhh do all doctors just suck!?!?
I told mine today i didnt feel the baby
move as much and i was worried.. her
response.. thats normal.. then she measure
me while i was laying flat on my back and
told me i was measuring normal.. okayyyyy
well maybe if i was slanted like i should
be you would see that im not.. errrrrrr
it was actually a lady ive just seen once
due to the fact that my midwife had to
just get major surgery due to a hernia..
fun fun fun!!
isnt it sad that in the long run you have
no idea who is actually going to be in the
hospital with you.

I'm so with you on the whole not knowing
who'll deliver your baby. Hopefully i'll
have my teenage pregnancy midwife, she
said if i call her when i'm going in then
she'll do her best to be there but if she
can't then she can't

well thats cool that she wants to be there
and gave you her number to call her.. to
be honest where im giving birth the
midwives are all pretty amazing ( well the
2 times my sister gave birth there) it
seems more to be the doctors that are
j**!
im to the point where i could give two
hoots less about who pulls her out just as
long as somebody does the job lol
