When you have a braxton hicks your stomach should go really hard and feel uncomfortable but not painful and shouldnt last much longer than a few minutes at most, it sounds to me this is what you described. You can get them at anytime but more so in the latter weeks of pregnancy.

oh ok, so i do get them lol. i am due on august 7th. So far they say it's a boy.
