Any suggestions on coping with husbands
long term affair (24 years as long as our
marriage). I try to stay busy but even at
7 months I cry constantly

I think you need to go to a good therapist
to help you get through. And go to a
doctor to prescribe you some
antidepressant for sometime too until you
mentally recover. You will recover
eventually but at this moment you need to
address depression.

I agree with nightingale.. You need to
seek professional help.. Being betrayed it
one of the worst feelings there is. And
for that long makes it even harder. Time
will heal things. But right now you need
help. Don't try and do it on your own. It
has been 7 months and you are still
grieving.. Get some help. My heart goes
out to you! I know the feeling!
