I am 33 and am going in for a posterior repair on monday. I have a pretty severe rectocele as well as a vaginal hernia. I have 2 kids who are 14 months apart, but I still think I am pretty young for this to happen to. I am SCARED. I have heard that it is very painful. Can anyone tell me how long is the recovery and will this really fix things for good?
