i hate people touching my feet too, i'm so tickelish and i just generally think it's gross, but i'd rather have my mum do them then have the doctor's see the state of my toes when i go into labour

yeah no kidding. your toes can be lethal weapons if you leave them too long. i'm worried i won't be able to shave my own legs before i go into labour. i've even wondered about when i should trim down there so that it doesn't look too obvious that i just did it when i'm having the baby.
the things that go through my head. i've seen too many birthing videos where it looks like they have to rescue the baby with a machete cuz it's such a jungle down there. lol

i know how you feel hun! i had to give up shaving down below because i couldn't see there anymore and really didn't like the idea of doing it blindly i gave myself a little trim last week (with great difficulty i must add) so that it wouldn't look to obvious that i'd jsut done it

Re:trimming
Hi ladies! I was just reading your posts about trimming down there and I wanted to give you a suggestion. I am pregnant for the third time now and soon I will have to start doing what i did for my first two pregnancies. What i did was I got one of those stand up mirrors that you would normally put on the back of a door or something like that and I stood it up outside of the shower. When I shaved I just looked in the mirror so I could see what I was doing.
Hope this helps and good luck with the rest of your pregnancies and your deliveries!!!

you would think they would be gentle because they have to shave their own faces but i've seen my guy shave and he does it so fast and will go over the same spot a bunch of times. then he'll have a few nicks here and there. i guess their faces must get tough from shaving every day and their hair is a lot coarser. i don't know if i'd want him applying his shaving technique to my legs. omg. i've got stretch marks behind my knees and on my thighs now.
