Many people suffering from the
debilitating affects of illness start
consuming marijuana. If these people are
caught...should they be arrested?

I think it depends onthe laws of the state
in which they reside, and I think that it
also depends on whether or not they have
taken the proper steps to register and be
in compliance for the guidelines set forth
by their state. Otherwise i consider
their use to be recreational. I still
don't think that recreational use of the
drug warrants an arrest. I think that
growing and distributing it without the
proper certificates warrants an
investigation and perhaps a trial to
determine the validity of such a crime.

My granmother who is in her late 70's and
is recovering from breast cancer and has
the beginnings of alzeimers was arrested
last week for posesstion. I understand
that no one should be above the law but
come on she's nearly 80 and has less than
6 months to live give her a break and let
her enjoy her last few months as painless
as she can make it

once again just cause
alcohol is bad dont mean that pot is any
better.
and yes if both parents are drinking
around their kids yes they both should be
arrested for putting their kids in
danger.
i do know a man who hates alcohol but gets
high and mean and hits on his woman.

Chase, I respect your views because you
are like one of my friends. When he says
"i think marijuanna should stay illegal"
people counter with the fact that alcohol
is legal. He replies "yes, and that should
be illegal too". That usually floors most
people and puts them completely off guard.

If someone is in constant pain and
suffering due to an illness which is
relieved completely for a while by using
marijuana, by all means I think they
should be allowed to do so.
