Opinion On My Rash

Hi, I have this symptoms 2 days ago, I was sitting in front of my comp and then suddenly I felt that my thigh was itching, therefore I scratched it, It seems like there wasn't anything at first but after that alot of small red bumps start appearing between my left waist(underwear strap) and upper thigh, and there is also a few bumps similar to those appeared on my buttocks and chest but there was only about 4-5 on my buttocks and chest but there are 15+ on my waist and upper thigh, Could I know what might have Caused my rash? Anyone who had similar symptoms before please let me know.
